Newsletter Inserts
Four to six times a year, we publish “The Business Voice”, our newsletter. Any member can reserve a spot to place an insert into the newsletter. All you need to do is create a flyer and provide us with 1,100 copies. The cost to you is only $75.00 to have 1,100 flyers advertising your business mailed with The Business Voice. Advertising helps to expose your business which, in turn, brings in revenue.
Standard Mailing Discounts and Membership Labels
At any time, your business can use the money saving opportunity of our Standard Mail permit. Standard Mail is third class mail, which mean it takes some time for the mailing to reach it’s destination. So look at your marketing plan and prepare ahead of time. Please call the Chamber for details on this procedure. The average is 13 cents per piece in the 014 area code, which saves you a considerable amount of money.
The Chamber offers printed membership labels. We can customize to sort out your needs. The cost is only 10 cents per label. This is a great savings and requires no work from you.
Chamber Directory Advertising
Promote your business with free listings in the annual directory and on the Chamber web site. You can also place an ad in the directory. The directory is distributed to all of our members, public buildings, and gathering places. It is also available to residents and visitors upon request. Please ask us about our rates and different size ads.
Sponsorship
The Chamber offers several sponsorship opportunities throughout the year. Sponsorship not only provides your business with recognition, but also allows you on occasion to represent your product or service to a captive audience of fellow business professionals. Sponsor an event and show your support for the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce.
Your business can also gain valuable exposure through other sponsorship opportunities provided in our special events such as our Annual Golf Tournament and Summer Outing. Hole Sponsorships, Meal Sponsorships, Cart Sponsorships, and other specialty areas gives your business a unique opportunity to be recognized during this annual event that attracts hundreds of participants and businesses from throughout the region. Sponsorships for our Annual Meeting, Annual School to Career Breakfast, Woman to Woman Program, and Program on the Road Series are also available to increase visibility for your business to targetted audiences.
Vendor Table Networking Events
The Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce Working Women Committee plans many events throughout the year. For a small fee, your business can rent a table space at one of those events. Please call us for a full listing of these great opportunities.
Website Advertising
The Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce offers low-cost advertising opportunities for its members on the Chamber website. Contract terms are flexible ranging from 30 days to 1 year.
