POSTING REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESSES IN MASSACHUSETTS

NEW POSTING REQUIREMENTS IN MASSACHUSETTS

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2007- Child Labor Laws have changed and so then have the Labor Law posting requirements. You don't have to buy them. You can get them here for free!

Both Federal and State law require that businesses put up a number of informational posters for their employees to see in a conspicuous place in the place of employment. All of these posters are available FREE OF CHARGE  or for a small fee for postage and handling from the mandating agency.  IF YOU ARE A GREATER GARDNER CHAMBER MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING YOU CAN CONTACT THE CHAMBER FOR A CD WITH ALL THE CURRENT POSTINGS.
