NEW POSTING REQUIREMENTS IN MASSACHUSETTS

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2007- Child Labor Laws have changed and so then have the Labor Law posting requirements. You don't have to buy them. You can get them here for free!

Both Federal and State law require that businesses put up a number of informational posters for their employees to see in a conspicuous place in the place of employment. All of these posters are available from the US Department of Labor and can be found HERE. These posters should be reviewed periodically to ensure that they are up to date, and are replaced with newer materials when available.
